You hit the nail on the head with this article! I grew up in a very strict conservative religious household where pre marital sex was shamed hard. It sure led to a lot of unsafe and reckless choices in my 20’s fueled partially by my unconscious shame about sex in general. If my parents took the shame off sex and talked about it like the natural beautiful human thing it is, I would have felt more grounded in my decisions instead of letting anything fly while my logical brain looked the other way. I want to go to Denmark now!! 🙌🙌🙌 Also, nice work on changing your mindset and approach upon being introduced to a better one. That can be hard to do for some people!
